Katherine has a passion for helping people who feel disconnected from or unhappy in their bodies. She believes that anyone can do yoga and that everyone deserves access to yoga.
She learned to accept, love and nourish her body through a yoga and meditation practice. She wants to encourage you to become more present in your body and to meet yourself where you are so you can work toward self love and confidence.
Born and raised in small town Newfoundland, she started practicing at University and was intrigued by the stillness it created in her busy life. After years of using yoga to overcome self doubt, body image issues and personal struggles she is now devoted to helping others feel comfortable in their bodies.
